Projects
Founding designer at Prism, an agentic OS for professional services firms. Designing how AI agents work the existing stack (scoping engagements, flagging risk, chasing follow-ups) without getting in the team's way.
End-to-end product design on Keeyu, an AI agent for post-purchase ecommerce ops. Worked across the design and product thinking that shifted Keeyu from a reactive dashboard into proactive detection — catching payment, warehouse, and carrier issues before they hit support tickets.
Rebuilt Atrium's design system as the product scaled: added missing components, refined the type scale, and reworked core UX flows so the team could ship without working around the system.
Rebuilt Trusst AI's design system on top of the refreshed brand Refract delivered for them. Tightened colour, type, components, and light + dark mode so the AI app holds together as it scales.
